Book Review Policy
Hello, if you are reading this it’s probably because you want me to review your book. Thank you. I feel honored. You are a writer and that means you are part of one my favorite crowd: writers, readers and bloggers. If you are an author, a writer that actually published something, congrats! Publishing a book is REALLY HARD and I’m already a fan of yours.
But sorry, I’m not accepting review requests at this moment, and this is why…
I suffer from a chronic reading condition. It took me TWO years to accept this: I’m a chronic DNFer [“DNF” stands for Did Not Finish].
I go through loooooong reading slumps often. Like many chronic conditions, the causes are still unknown. Stress and exhaustion are suspected to be the main culprits, but, who knows?
And, you don’t want your precious book forgotten in a huge pile of DNFs.
From time to time I do request ARCs in Netgalley but mostly they are from authors or the continuations of series I already know I liked.
Congrats and good luck with your book!
