PPP [Pure Peer Pressure] – OK.. I think Tanya likes this Daemon? Maybe?

OMG I NEED, NEED, NEED TO MEET DAEMON BLACK!

Hello beautiful reading beasts!

Welcome to my fourth and last PPP [Pure Peer Pressure] Post in Creeptober!

What is “Peer Pressure”?

The pressure to conform (to do what others are doing) can be powerful and hard to resist. A person might feel pressure to do something just because others are doing it (or say they are). Peer pressure can influence a person to do something that is relatively harmless — or something that has more serious consequences. [source]

Because…. What would be of this little professional DNFer #bookworm without the pressure of her peers?? 🙂

About the Book

Obsidian (Lux #1)

When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I’d pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring… until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.

And then he opened his mouth.

Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something… unexpected happens.

The hot alien living next door marks me.

You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon’s touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I’m getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.

If I don’t kill him first, that is.

I was fully determined to read fantasy again in October and… Oh no!!! The Fifth Season started to sound like DNF and I was so down!  But then Tanya posted her TOP TEN TUESDAY: BOOK BOYFRIENDS

Lux series – Jennifer L. Armentout
First and foremost, there is Daemon Black. Forever and always my #1.♥ Yeah, he’s cocky and and doesn’t know the meaning of the word modest, but he doesn’t need to… he’s Daemon Black. The hottest alien in this galaxy (or any other). And he would do absolutely anything to protect and save those he loves. Now that’s attractive.

And that reminded me that Tanya talks about Daemon Black A LOT! Click here to see the TONSA of posts about Daemon Black at Tanya’s

Anyone surprised at this one? 🙂 I always want more Daemon Black in my life. If JLA kept writing I would keep reading. I do not tire of the Lux world.
Or Daemon Black.
Did I mention Daemon Black?

I seriously never stopped smiling while writing this post! 🙂

Since I finished reading Oblivion last week Daemon Black was on my mind (seriously, when is Daemon not on my mind?), so Thursday’s quote had to come from his lips. Oh geez, now I’m thinking about his lips… never mind, here’s a link to the post.

Tany’a dedicated that entire post to Daemon Black! if that is not love, I don;t know what it is! 🙂

I just recently finished reading Oblivion, an extra book in the Lux series that contains the first three books from Daemon’s point of view, so the sexy, snarky alien is very much on my mind lately. 🙂 That means today’s That’s What He Said Thursday quote is courtesy of none other than Daemon Black.

I was like… OK.OK.OK. So I need to meet this Daemon Black! LOL!

Now… help me spread the love!

Help me find all those “Bad influencers” out there! I want to visit them all!

Leave a comment with the last book you read because of the “bad” influence of another blogger(s)!

and add theirs/your review in the link up below!

BUT, What is an “influencer”?! you may ask…

a person or group that has the ability to influence the behaviour or opinions of others.

The influencer is the individual whose effect on the purchase decision is in some way significant or authoritative. [source]

Thank you for visiting!
