Hello fantastic beasts of this beastverse and the next!
Why Am I creepeed out?? Because Creeptober is here, and this is what #AmCurrently doing…
Quite some people! [eve though I read only three books in September] I’m very impressed people! #AmReading Fantasy again and all!!! WHOHOOOO
So, to celebrate I want to introduce a new section…
PPP [Pure Peer Pressure]
The pressure to conform (to do what others are doing) can be powerful and hard to resist. A person might feel pressure to do something just because others are doing it (or say they are). Peer pressure can influence a person to do something that is relatively harmless — or something that has more serious consequences. [source]
Because…. What would be of this little professional DNFer #bookworm without the pressure of her peers?? 🤔
Remember last week when I mentioned that was reading Extinction Horizon because Chuckles convinced me? That’s when I realized that probably 90% of the books I read it’s because a blogger friend convinced me to read it.
So, that’s what PPP [Pure Peer Pressure] is about: the books I felt I HAD to read and the book bloggers that convinced me to read it!
So don’t miss this new feature, starting next Friday! Find out who are the bad influence in my DNFer life!
So what else #AmReading?
Besides two PPP books #AmReading two books about mental health topics that are SO GOOD: All the Bright Places and Wintergirls
This is what I’ll be reading next. All creepy and horrific because is Creeptober!
And these are the reviews you’ll see coming up in Creeptober, also creepy and horrific…
We’ll start with a scary dark fantasy Sanctum, another book about “doors” but this one is a one way door. The one you never return from. The Suicidal Gates. SO GOOD! ☠️
September was BUSY with back to school! SO BUSY!!! It felt that all I did was scheduling activities and filled out schools forms!
Even though we are in the apex of Fallcalypse and super busy, exhausted and stressed, we are excited for Creeptober!!
Next week we are putting up all the Halloween decorations and have a few creepylicious activities planned like hay rides, corn mazes, haunted rides, and a visit Salem, MA the weekend before Halloween [yes, THE SALEM, famous for its 1692 witch trials, during which several locals were executed for allegedly practicing witchcraft]. Of course, this scary dark sprite, AKA Maleficent [that’s moi!] CANNOT WAIT!! 🎃
The ONE and ONLY TV show we were watching, The Sinner, ended and what a huge MEH of an ending it was! I was imagining all kind of dark things given how dark the rest of the series was! And… nope!
So my TV continues to sit there with it huge big black eye longingly looking at me and wondering when I would ever go back to it again. 😢
WOULD I EVER BEEN ABLE TO REPLACE GAME OF THRONES???
Meanwhile, I spend my almost nonexistent spare time…
September continued to be all about #BuJoing!
I’ve taken my recent obsession with stationery to another level! I’m making my own notebooks! And I LOVE THEM SO MUCH I CAN’T EVEN! Because I use high quality paper to print my own dotted pages and the bleeding and ghosting is almost zero! And I make them with whatever cover I want and whatever size I want!
I’m very frustrated with myself because didn’t take one single step through Editland tin September!
Emails from NaNoWriMo are coming frequently now, the subject of the last email said:
The world needs your novel. Will you answer the call?
And I say…
I’m excited about #Preptober but before I dive into this prepping madness, I need to know what I’m writing during NaNoWriMo!
So, I’m going to ask for help next week!
And well, even though I’m not writing much I’m though…
September wasn’t bad at all despite fallcalypses! There were 14 posts! And I also blogged behind the scenes quite scheduling a bunch of drafts so I can focus in #Preptober and NaNoWriMo October and November
I was also kinda good responding to comments and visiting, I know I know some days behind, but hey! Late is better than never! 😜
And that’s it for now! Enough about me!
What about you? Are you creeped out too?
TELL ME EVERYTHING! 🙂
Thank you for visiting!
