Cabin fever grilling

Winter, Winter go away… Come again another day!

This winter was cold and long. Same as the one before: cold and long. And the one before. And the one before. They are all too cold and too long. Here in New England winters are like an impolite guess: they think they can stay around forever, even when is Spring’s turn to take over. March was pretty cold but we didn’t care. Spring was here and we grilled!

Beetle Dad made an awesome “Surf n Turf” basted with his special marinate recipe: tons of garlic, sweet onions, and sweet red peppers. Add wine, antipasto and garlic bread and… HEAVEN!
